Cancellation Policy

We require at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations.

Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations which fall outside the stipulated notice period.

100% charge will apply to all no-shows.

Refunds or change of dates will not be offered in such circumstances.

Any refunds due will be processed after the cruise date and will incur a 5% admin fee.

Refunds can take 5-7 working days to show back into the account.

Rivercruisegoa reserves the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
